Yoga Class Schedule

Mondays:

  • 4-5:15 p.m. Very Gentle Yoga for Healing
  • 5:30-6:45 p.m., Beginner/Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays:

  • 5:00-6:30 p.m., Mixed Levels Yoga

Wednesdays:

  • 9-10:30 a.m., Mixed Levels Yoga
  • 4-5:15 p.m., Gentle Yoga

Thursdays:

  • Special Classes

Fridays:

  • 8:15-9:45 a.m., Mixed Levels Yoga

Ellsworth Class: Sally is currently only teaching in Blue Hill. If you are interested in an Ellsworth class on Tuesday or Thursday morning, please let us know. That way we can let you know if we add an Ellsworth class back in.

Ayushri Yoga is committed to making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities. In a friendly, safe and welcoming environment, we are able to support students at all stages of Life as well as total beginners through advanced students. Please give us a call at 374-3800 to discuss which class might be best for you. We have mats, blankets and all props available at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like. Please wear clothing that is comfortable and in which you can move freely. Check out our Helpful Tips page for some more studio and practice tips.

The session rate is $91 for 7 weeks/7 classes.  The session rate is available when you pay in full at the beginning of the session and all classes must be used during that session.  The drop-in rate is $15/class.  Drop-ins are always welcome.
