About

..yushri is comprised of two words, Ayush which means, ‘Life’ and ‘Shri‘ which means beauty, splendor, or radianceAyushri captures the deep Reverence and Love for Life that has been a primary guiding force for Sally Clinton, founder of Ayushri Yoga, as well as her greatest teacher.  The word, ‘Ayushri‘ came forth in a moment of absorption in the beauty of Nature and captures this fascination with and faith in the amazing intelligence of the human body and Life.  Ayushri is pronounced AH-YUSH (like push) REE.  Our favorite translation of this word is ‘the Magnificent Splendor of Life’ which perfectly captures the essence of Ayushri.  Through Ayushri Yoga, we hope to support you in celebrating your connection to the amazing beauty and splendor of Life through your body, breath, heart, mind, spirit, and Nature.  Various modalities are offered at Ayushri Yoga, Ayurveda & Wellness including Yoga, Ayurveda, Breathwork, Marma Therapy, Transformational Coaching, and other healing services to support you on your journey of healing, growth, personal development and purpose.  All of this leads to a magnificent life well lived.  You can learn more through our Practitioners page.  Please feel free to stop by to say hello or pick up a schedule.  We look forward to supporting you through Ayushri Yoga!

Getting rid of toxins, aligning with nature, and cleaning out the stagnant energy of winter so you can improve your immune system, your lymphatic system and support your liver can help you shed that extra winter weight and greatly improve your overall health.
