This program will give you a strong foundation upon which to build your healthy life so you can be your best.  Let’s be honest, real change is usually a process.  And change often takes time.  All of the shortcuts and quick fixes out there rarely work in the long run.  What interests me is in helping you create a strong foundation for lasting change that is real, sustainable, AND inspiring, delicious and fun. Who wants to eat or live in a way that isn’t any fun?  Not me.  And I imagine you don’t either.

Foundations for Healthy Living includes foundational information and practices that I have found to be invaluable in my life and in the lives of hundreds of my students and clients.  They are also deep, meaningful and connecting to Life.  This program includes an introduction to Ayurveda, an ancient science of health and healing that is a sister science to Yoga, that will help you better understand your own unique constitution and how to create optimal health for yourself.  It also includes easy and enjoyable daily practices that support your digestive system, your overall health and the natural detox processes of your body, ways to strengthen your digestive fire and improve your metabolism; guidance on how to eat more healthfully in simple and enjoyable ways; as well as inspiration, useful tips and tools and so much more!  There are handouts and slides to support you in the classes.

I really want to help you change your life for the better and this WILL provide information and tools that you can use for the rest of your life.  It is SO worth it.
