Yoga Schedule

After a bit of a hiatus due to the pandemic and other life adventures, we are getting back on track with LIVE classes at the studio!!  Air purifiers in place and plenty of windows for fresh air, we are trusting that students will wear masks when they feel they need to do so, and that everyone will be mindful of any exposures or symptoms. If you have symptoms or have known exposure, please stay home to keep the community safe. We are also trusting that as we make healthy choices and live healthy lives, our immune systems will be able to fight off pathogens and develop more natural immunity. Minimize sugar and alcohol, eat healthfully to support your immune system, and practice YOGA to keep your lymph moving and energy flowing.  Hope to see you in class!

October 3-28, 2022

Mondays

  • 4-5:15 p.m., Very Gentle Yoga for Healing

Wednesdays

  • 9-10:30 a.m., Mixed Levels Yoga (individuals with experience can use weights if desired)

Thursdays

Special Classes (Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra)

Fridays

  • 8:15-9:45 a.m., Mixed Levels Yoga – may resume soon -let us know if interested!

Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  To register, please email info at ayushriyoga dot com to let us know you want to sign up and for what class.  Drop-ins are welcome but making a commitment helps you stay on track with your practice and will ensure that there is room for you in the class.  The session rate is $90 for 6 weeks/6 classes and available when you pay in full at the beginning of the session.  All classes must be used during that session.  The drop-in rate is $17/class.  We are currently updating our online registration systems so, for now, please email to register

Ayushri Yoga is located at 15 Ellsworth Road, diagonally across from the old location of the Blue Hill Co-op and to the left of Blue Hill Laundry.  The studio is the separate building in the corner of the lot. The studio entrance has the the lattice around the door. 

Ayushri Yoga is committed to making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities.  We strive to provide a friendly, safe and welcoming environment in which to support students at all stages of Life from beginners through advanced students. Please give us a call at 374-3800 to discuss which class might be best for you. We have mats, blankets and all props available at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.
